Collin Box accepts returns or exchanges on all our items within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be in the same, new condition that they were originally shipped. Shipping charges will only be refunded if it is determined to be our error, at that point Collin Box will refund shipping charges and pay for return shipping charges.
Please note we cannot refund or exchange discontinued items, personalized or printed boxes and custom orders. Please call our Customer Service at 508-230-5833 for Return Authorization.
Freight & Delivery
Collin Box will do it’s best to deliver all orders on our company trucks. If orders do not meet our minimum we may ship UPS. Also, if orders are outside our standard shipping area we may ship Common Carrier. All deliveries to household residences will have to be verified prior to delivery as to whether our company trucks will be able to make the delivery.
Credit Card Information
Collin Box takes your financial security extremly important, therefore we will not store any Credit Card information on our premises or servers.
