Why do we limit ourselves to New England deliveries only?

Getting products out in an affordable manner without hiding shipping costs in the price of your item is what makes unique. Most deliveries are made on our truck, those that require shipping via common carrier get the benefit of our negotiated rates.

Why should I create an account?

Creating an account is free and will only take a few minutes to complete. By creating an account, you can expedite the checkout process as all your contact information and order details will be saved in our system. This means you will be able to track your order history- so next time you wish to duplicate an old order, you will easily be able to go back through your orders to figure out which product and quantity you need.


Collin Box delivers most orders using our own delivery fleet. Most of these orders are delivered in 1-2 days. No Standard Deliveries are orders that are outside our delivery areas and don’t follow the schedule listed below.

What are the shipping and delivery charges?

Shipping charges vary based upon your location from us. The minimum order to get on our trucks for delivery is $300.00. Any order within our standard delivery area that is $400.00 or greater will not be charged delivery. We also offer a Freight Shipping option which is usually 1 day in the New England Area.

Do you ship out of state?

Collin Box delivers to most areas in Eastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Southrn New Hampshire and Southern Maine using our trucks. All other orders will be shipped via Freight Services

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Collin Box maintains a Standard Delivery schedule. If we are delivering your order, we typically follow a schedule (assuming it is a regular business week). For local or Boston based deliveries, you can expect your order within 1-2 days:

Monday: Rhode Island

Tuesday: Eastern New Hampshire, Maine and parts of Massachusetts (Haverhill, Lawrence, Newburyport) Southern Maine up to Kennebunkport.

Wednesday: Areas in and around Cape Cod

Thursday: Central and Western New Hampshire and Massachusetts

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Although we are not a retail store, we have a store front located in South Easton, Massachusetts which customers can come if they want to pick up their order.

I am not part of a business, can I still order boxes?

Of course! We sell our products to absolutely anyone who requires any of our products.

Can I view boxes or equipment before I commit to buying?

Yes, customers can visit us if they wish to browse our selection of boxes or equipment before they commit to buying anything. We have a fully stocked warehouse, so anything we offer will be available for you to view.

Do you have heavy duty boxes?

Yes, we offer a variety of sizes in the heavy duty option.

Are your boxes environmentally friendly?

Not only are all our boxes made from recycled materials, but we also offer an alternative eco friendly loose fill.

Do you print boxes?

We have a printed option for good sized quantity orders. It requires a printing plate, which we can store at our warehouse for your convenience. If you supply us the artwork, we can either design or have the plates made for you.

Do you have custom boxes?

Yes, we can make boxes according to your specifications.

Do you have antistatic materials?

We have a full line of antistatic packaging materials including bubble wrap and loose fill.
